The Dancing Men
Hilton Cubitt lives in the country with his American wife. The
couple start receiving drawings of little dancing men. Cubitt
goes to see Sherlock Holmes about these drawings, which seem
to have frightened Cubitt's wife. Then there is a murder. Now
Holmes must quickly work out what the pictures mean so that
he can catch the killer.
The Red-Headed Men's Club
Poor Mr Jabez Wilson thought he had found the perfect part-time
job as a member of the Red-Headed Men's Club, but now the club
is finished. He calls Holmes to find out why it has closed down.
The Speckled Band
One morning, a frightened woman, Helen Stoner, arrives at Holmes's
house. Two years ago, while Helen and her sister Julia were
living with their stepfather, Julia died just before she was
to marry. Now Helen plans to marry and fears the same thing
will happen to her. |
