Sales Executive
The core responsibility of this position is to promote textbooks and
learning materials to teachers.

| The ideal candidate should possess the following: |

an outgoing personality |
| • |
good presentation skills |
| • |
some working experience in sales, marketing or customer services |
| • |
Candidates with college education, experience in secondary school sector or
tertiary education sector and a driving licence will have an advantage. |

Job Rotation Programme Executive
As the Press aims to expand its business plans in Hong Kong and mainland China, it needs more staff to take up leading roles in various projects. Such members of staff need to have hands-on experience in a wide range of business environment and thorough understanding of the business model of the Press. The Press has nearly one year of experience in running the Job Rotation Program, aiming to develop members of staff with skills that can tackle upcoming challenges. The Press now wishes to extend this training program to external applicants in the job market to expand its pool of talents. The candidate has to work in different fields within and outside the company for a total of 2 years. After the programme, the Press will review the candidate’s overall performance and offer a position in the preferred field of the candidate’s choice.

| The programme includes the following modules: |
| • |
6 months of Editorial works |
| • |
9 months of Marketing, PR and Research related works |
| • |
9 months of Sales work as account executive |
| • |
Internship/secondment in external partner companies |
| • |
Involvement in regular training, development workshops and internal projects |
 |
| We are looking for a candidate with the follows: |
| • |
A university degree from any discipline |
| • |
1–2 years working experience in either sales & marketing or editorial positions preferred, fresh graduate will also be considered |
| • |
Excellent command of Chinese and English |
| • |
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skill |
| • |
The commitment to learn and contribute in publishing, education, and business management |
| • |
Work long hour and on weekends when required |
| • |
Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadline |
| • |
Driving license is strongly preferred |
