Accounts Assistant Digital Project Assistant Senior Promotion Executive / Assistant Promotion Manager Creative Manager Design and Marketing Executive
We are both a department of the University of Oxford and a major international publishing organization with a significant presence in Hong Kong. We have the following vacancies:
Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily accounts receivable and payable operations
  • Provide general administrative work to the Finance team
  • Work on ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisor
Requirements:
  • HKAAT or Diploma Holder in Accounting
  • At least 2 years solid commercial experience with some secretarial experience an advantage
  • Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized and detail orientated person
  • Computer proficiency including MS office and Chinese word processing
  • Fluent English and Mandarin
Digital Project Assistant
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Digital Project Team
  • Facilitate digital/e-learning project coordination and implementation
  • Assist with digital/e-learning product testing
  • Help prepare and archive project management documentation
  • Assist with the development of digital/e-learning promotional materials
Requirements:
  • a university degree
  • at least 1 year work experience
  • strong written and oral communication skills in both the English and Chinese languages
  • good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • positive work attitude as a self-motivated team player
  • basic computer skills and digital awareness
Senior Promotion Executive / Assistant Promotion Manager
Requirements:
  • at least 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in educational market. (Applicants with more experience will be considered as Assistant Promotion Manager)
  • a degree in Marketing or related disciplines
  • fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
  • good interpersonal and communication skills
  • with an outgoing personality, self-motivated, dynamic and creative personality
  • a good team player
  • experience in drafting promotional materials will be an advantage
Creative Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the design affairs in the Marketing Section
  • Provide creative direction from concept development to final delivery for marketing campaigns
  • Handle digital and print design projects from web banners to print advertisements
  • Work closely with internal and external parties including the marketing team, advertising agencies, production houses, contractors and printers
Requirements:
  • 5 years’ solid work experience, preferably in 4A agency
  • University graduate in graphic design or relevant disciplines
  • Expert knowledge in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office
  • Confident, creative, proactive and assertive
  • Well-organized, excellent communication skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
Design and Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Provide design solutions for both digital and print
  • Produce promotional materials that target B2C markets, ranging from eDM and print marketing collaterals to giant display and event props
  • Work closely with internal and external parties
  • Take part in supporting marketing activities such as workshops, road shows and exhibitions which target parents’, school and trade (bookshop) markets
Requirements:
  • Polytechnic/Design Institute graduate in graphic design
  • 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in advertising agencies (Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Design and Marketing Executive)
  • Mac/PC proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office
  • Creative, proactive and energetic
  • Well-organized, good communication and computer skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
  • A good team player and ready for weekend work
