Oxford’s Primary English seminar ‘Add value to your teaching with Family and Friends’ which was held on 11 February 2012 received encouraging responses from teachers. Our guest speaker Dr Paul Sze from the CUHK shared with us practical tips on how to enhance English language teaching effectiveness by promoting moral and civic values in class. Following this session, another guest speaker Ms Rosanna Ng showed how Oxford’s primary series Family and Friends can facilitate effective English teaching with a wide range of support that teachers can rely on.
