Terms and conditions:

  1. One year warranty. One-off free replacement will be provided if the device is found to be defective within 7 days from the purchase date.
  2. The warranty will be invalidated under the following conditions:
    • water damage or deliberate damage.
    • damage caused by any erroneous electrical connection or misuse of power supply.
    • malfunction or damage caused by natural calamities.
    • the device has been repaired or modified by the user.
    • the device is lost due to theft or negligence.
  3. Oxford University Press reserves the rights to decide whether replacement or repair services will be provided.
  4. The transferral of warranty ownership is not allowed.
  5. For any replacement or repair services, please return the damaged device (including its parts) and show us the original copy of the invoice and the product serial number for identification.
