I don't write reviews but only do so when I have exceptional experience with the provided service. Someone replied promptly after I emailed the support to inquire a small issue I had with the app. It was solved instantly. I have used this dictionary for many years even long before this app was released. I do a lot of speech translation and after lots of searching I always find the best translation here. Highly recommend to ones who need a reliable EN-CH dictionary, both paper & app version.
