Create an iSolution account

1.	Go to https://godigital.oupchina.com.hk/godigital/eng/index.jsp.
2.	Click ‘Create an account’.
3.	Enter your account information. The email address will be your username. Tick the checkbox after reading the License Agreement. Click Submit.
4.	You should see the below page when the account is created. Please follow the instructions in the email to activate your iSolution account.
5.	Your registration is completed.

1.	Launch iSolution.
2.	Type in your username and password on the login page.
3.	Click to log in.

Note:

Internet connection is needed for logging in to iSolution. Please make sure your device is connected to a stable network.

If you forgot your password, we can help by sending you a link to reset it.

1.	Launch iSolution.
2.	Click Forgot password on the login page.
3.	The below web page will be opened in your web browser. Alternatively, you may manually go to https://godigital.oupchina.com.hk/godigital/eng/forgot_password.jsp. Type in your registered email address. Click Submit.
4.	An email with a reset password hyperlink will be sent to you. Click the link and reset your password.

Note:

If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders.

You can change your password in iSolution.

1.	Launch iSolution.
2.	Go to My Account.
3.	Type in your old password and new password.
4.	Click Update to save your changes.
