Terms and Conditions
- Students' Overall Performance Reports are only applicable to orders of 30+ students.
- Paid Mock Exam package includes Exam paper (Paper 1 & Paper 2), marking service, Students' Individual Reports, School's Performance & Analysis Reports, Students' Overall Performance Reports, delivery fee, and other administrative fees.
- Exam materials will be delivered to schools 2-3 working days in advance of the Exam date, and all exam papers will be collected by Oxford University Press (OUP) on the next working day of the Exam date. The number of exam papers should be equal to the number of candidates.
- The exam period starts on 15th November 2022 (Tuesday) and ends on 30th December 2022 (Friday). The candidate list should be submitted 3 working days in advance of the Exam date. OUP will send a confirmation email to schools and arrange delivery within 5 working days from successful enrolment. Once enrolment is accepted, no change is permitted.
- Registration starts from now on to 15th November 2022 (Tuesday), schools should complete registration 15 working days in advance of the registration deadline, otherwise, the Paid Mock Exam is not guaranteed to be held as scheduled.
- For any COVID-related issue, schools should arrange the make-up exam within 1 week from the original exam date, and the reports would be distributed within 10-15 working days from the date when all exam papers are collected from school.
- OUP would not collect personal data other than Students' names, class, and class numbers, in order to print Students' Individual Reports.
- Students' Individual Reports, School's Performance & Analysis Reports, Students' Overall Performance Reports, marked exam papers, and answer keys will be sent to the registered email address. OUP will not provide the original copies of the mentioned items.
- Should any dispute arise, the decision of Oxford University Press (China) Ltd. shall be final.
- These Terms and Conditions have been translated into English. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
