Website Notice (updated on 19 February 2020)

We can confirm that an OUP back-office employee stationed in our One Kowloon office has been diagnosed with novel coronavirus. The employee worked from home since symptoms first appeared on 8 February. The Hong Kong Centre for Health Protection has assessed the situation, our measures in place and concluded that the risk of infection at our office is relatively low. Putting health and safety as the highest priority, we have decided to close all offices until 21 February and asked our staff to work from home during the period. Professional cleaning service was engaged to carry out comprehensive deep cleaning and disinfection of all the locations.

The health and well-being of our employees, customers and partners is of the utmost importance. In addition to the voluntary office closures, and instructing employees to work from home, we have also suspended all business trips and meetings overseas, and to-and-from the mainland since 29 January. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.
