• Participants should fill in the application form and design/write in the space provided.
• Both scanned copy and hard copy of the entry are acceptable.
• Participants can either submit their entries by email to primaryelt.event@oup.com or by mail.

Terms and Conditions
  1. Each participant should submit one entry only.
  2. Entries found to have infringed other people's copyrights, commercial or non-commercial, will be disqualified. Oxford University Press will not be held responsible for any infringement of copyrights committed by the participants.
  3. Participants and schools must ensure their entries contain no pornography, violence, objectionable, or commercial and religious propaganda element. They should also ensure that the entries do not lead to defamation, indecency, offensive, racial misunderstanding or discrimination.
  4. Oxford University Press owns the copyrights of all entries and will have the right to use all entries in publicity, exhibition or publication purposes. Prior notice or payment to participants for the copyright is not required.
  5. Upon receipt of entries, Oxford University Press will not notify individual participant. All submitted entries will not be returned.
  6. Entries not complying with the competition regulations will be disqualified.
  7. Resolution of the panel of adjudicators will be final. Participants should raise no objection.
  8. Participants agree to provide personal data and authorize Oxford University Press to release such data for promotional purposes. All collected data will be destroyed if they are no longer required after the competition.
  9. Oxford University Press reserves the final right to interpret and amend the regulations of the competition.
  10. Participants must have full understanding of the regulations of the competition. Submission of entries by participants implies that they have agreed to abide by and accept all the regulations involved.
