iOS compatibility issues

# App is being unstable after upgraded to iOS 13.2+

After your device was upgraded to iOS 13.2+ , Oxford iSolution (2.5.2 or older version) app is going to malfunction.

Stuck at loading screen while switch page/book in the content page.
Unable to play any attached audio after playing the first one.

Solution:
Update fix has been released. Please upgrade Oxford iSolution app (2.5.3) in App Store in order to be working the iOS 13.2+.

macOS compatibility issues

# Unable to run the installer on macOS Catalina (or Upper version )

Since macOS Catalina (or Upper version), you may see a warning message is shown after double click to launch the iSolution installer pkg.
The installation process will be cancelled after clicked “OK”

Solution:
Try to right click and select “Open” on the iSolution.pkg file.

Click “Open” to continue the installation process.

# Audio recording delay issue on macOS Mojave

Audio recording delay issue was found in macOS Mojave.
It will take few seconds to start the audio recording action.

Solution:
Upgrade the macOS version or change to use other computer which is running the macOS High Sierra or macOS Catalina.

User interface

# Unable to switch into full screen mode

While the screen resolution(either one value) is equal or lower than 1024 x 768, it will be unable to switch into full screen mode by pressing

or

button on the tool bar of Oxford iSolution.

Solution:
You may adjust the window size manually in order to fit the full screen view.
First, move the mouse pointer onto the upper toolbar,

or the lower toolbar.

While the mouse cursor is changed into

cross icon, drag and move the Oxford iSolution window to the top-left corner on your screen.
Then, press and hold the

button on bottom-right toolbar.
Drag to enlarge the windows until it is near fullscreen size.
