But You may sign in to one device only at the same time.

[School users] The eBook contents are assigned by system in school accounts.
[Personal users] Please register the eBook by using the activation code.​
Please follw the steps.
Click the Hamburger button in the top of dashboard, show all buttons on menu bar.


Click the Activation code button to open activation window.


Enter the activation code, register the eBook into your iSolution account.


You may find and download the eBook in dashboard after activation was successful.

iSolution update

# When should I update the Oxford iSolution?
If you see a red dot at the top right corner of the hamburger button  in the iSolution dashboard, there are system updates available.
 
 
# How to update Oxford iSolutoin in different platforms?
[PC] Follow the steps in here.
[iOS/macOS/Android] Please visit to Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore.
Search "Oxford iSolution" and update the App (if any).
Then, you should login the Oxford iSolution and follow the steps if any in-app update is here. 

eActivities

# Teacher cannot find the “Start” button in eActivity. What can I do?
If teacher cannot find the “Start buton inside the eActivity page,


Please go back to previous page and check if the “Class
is selected.


After the class is selected, enter the eActivity again.


Start” buton will be shown in the page now.
 
 
# Student cannot find the “Submit” button in eActivity. What can I  do?
If student cannot find the “Submit” buton inside the eActivity page,


Please wait until your teacher starts the eActivity, then enter the page again.

# Click to launch Oxford iSolution but no response. What can I do?
Please visit the offical page to download Oxford iSolution installer. Reinstall and try again.
 
 
# Error occurred during initialization of iSolution. What can I do?
If you're having problems running Oxford iSolution because it has been corrupted, you should download the latest installer and reinstall it to fix the problem.


 
 
# Error occurred during opening eBook. What can I do?
When opening the eBook in Oxford iSolution,
You receive the following message TypeError: ApplicationSetting...


Follow the steps in here, check if there is any update in Oxford iSolution.

You receive the following message Illegal group reference.


Please check the Oxford iSolution folder or it's parent folder if contain chararcter like as $
If yes, edit the folder name or relocate the Oxford iSolution folder in order to prevent containing these characters in the folder path.​


You receive the following message Access is denied

Please check the Oxford iSolution folder and it's sub folder are not hidden and you have the full permission in these folders.

If the eBook is still unable to be accessing, please delete the eBook and re-download it.
Right click on the target eBook cover*, press the cross icon to remove it.
*In Tablets, press and hold the target eBook for a few seconds.
 
 
# The cover of eBooks are not showing in dashboard. What can I do?
Please check the Oxford iSolution folder or it's parent folder if contain chararcter like as ( )
If yes, edit the folder name or relocate the Oxford iSolution folder in order to prevent containing these characters in the folder path.​

 
 
# Incorrect activation code is shown while registering eBook. What can I do?
Please ensure that the code is entered correctly.
Also, Read the info on the card of activation code.
Check if the code is supporting Oxford iSolution in correct platform or another app.
