Editorial Manager (Mathematics)

Job responsibilities: 
  • To plan, design and implement print and electronic publishing programmes;
  • To manage and execute the entire editorial process standards and guidelines;
  • To commission publishing projects, find and brief authors, and to ensure the published material is in line with the editorial policy and profit objectives of the Company;
  • To manage the overall editorial production schedule;
  • To supervise subordinates and to ensure the teaching and learning materials are accurate and meet market needs and schedules;
  • To grow and maintain a profitable list of quality, marketable Mathematics materials for the relevant market.
 Job requirements:
  • University degree in Mathematics or related disciplines;
  • 8-year related editorial experience, preferably in educational publishing;
  • Knowledge about IT or teaching experience would be an advantage;
  • Good organizational and communicative skills;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude to team leadership and team building;
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese;

Editor / Project Editor (Mathematics)

 Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in all stages of the production of English and/or Chinese teaching and learning materials in book, audio-visual or electronic form;
  • Ensure the teaching and learning materials are accurate and meet market needs and schedules, in order to achieve the policy and profit objectives set by management;
  • Prepare manuscript, including proof-reading, copy-editing, develop ideas and prepare briefs for illustrations of books and products;
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth work progress and develop teacher network;

Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Mathematics, Engineering or Computer or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in editorial work;

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, design and develop English Language Teaching (ELT) publications of the highest possible quality;
  • Manage the editorial process to ensure all material is produced on time and to budget;
  • Liaise with authors, freelance contributors, teachers and academic consultants to ensure high standards of content;
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in market research, promotion and sales activities;
  • Collaborate with design, production and technical teams on publishing and digital/multimedia productions
Job Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a field related to language and/or education;
  • Substantial editorial experience, preferably in educational publishing;
  • Experience in teaching English as a foreign or second language;
  • Experience of working to tight publication deadlines and the ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload;
  • Strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and excellent content and copy-editing skills;

Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • Make effective use of marketing campaigns to promote products and brand;
  • Communicate and negotiate well with external parties including agencies, and internal parties to roll out campaigns and activities;
  • Conceptualize, write and edit promotional content for both print and online channels;
  • Develop brand/product copy and story in both print and online promotional materials to drive business;
  • Plan and implement activities to engage target audience and improve sales conversions;

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect school information and market intelligence;

Senior Manager/ Manager - International Business Development

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyse the trends of the customers and developing plans and strategies to meet market needs;
  • Co-ordinate & direct business development activities particularly in terms of international trade and exports;
  • Retain existing clients and explore more potential from existing business;
  • Identify major international business opportunities and new export channels and develop relationships with key accounts in order to maximise business opportunities;
