Assistant Digital Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of digital products as a product owner, or assist Senior Digital Product Manager in development of other digital products initiatives.

  • Aligning business opportunity with customer and business needs (supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis).

  • Act as a mediator between the consumers and users, business leaders and Global Technology team members, communicating consumer needs and translating those needs into new product features for the team to design.

  • Work with other organisational leaders to develop and communicate a complete online product, design, content, and user experience strategy and roadmaps in support of strategic business initiatives.

  • Manage total performance of online products to meet critical business metrics, including traffic, user satisfaction, consumer engagement, and financial results.

  • Develop a rigorous approach to prioritizing online product needs based on user research, marketing insights, competitive intelligence, business needs, and trends in online technology and user experience. Drive third-party product evaluation, prototype development and user testing in support of this approach.

  • Stay current on digital experience, technology and delivery best practices/trends.


Job Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a high-performing individual contributor in digital product management role.
  • Experience in leading development of online products, user experience, content, design, or production in education or publishing related industry.
  • Extensive practical experience and sound theoretical understanding of relevant professional disciplines, including Product Management, online educational platforms and learning environment, usability and accessibility, user experience design.
  • Experience coordinating priorities and contributions of a network of non-technical content editors and project stakeholders from across a large, diverse organisation.
  • Experience working collaboratively at all levels and across business lines using influencing skills.
  • Excellent presentation skill.
  • Solid communications skills.

Assistant Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • Produce and optimize marketing, budget and resource plans responsively with sophisticated consideration of all stakeholders’ benefits, needs and priorities
  • Implement marketing campaigns witheffective online and offline marketing mix that meet the business objectives and KPIs.
  • Work closely and strategically with channel sales, product teams to deliver campaigns with the right marketing mix and appropriate communication content and tools
  • Familiar with digital and social media advertising tool. Able to analyse data, derive insights, understanding and share with the team to improve paid and organic ad performance, and also to optimize the advertising budget
  • Solid experience as person in charge in organizing events in different scales, such as product launch seminar, autograph events, Hong Kong Book Fair, so as to meet the objectives.
  • Communicate and work well with external parties including advertising, marketing and PR agencies, production house; business partners and sales channels that targeting the same target audience
  • Monitor and analyse competitor landscape regularly for better planning and response to maintain and grow our market share.
  • Take initiatives to challenge the status quo and explore new business opportunities in the focussed business segment.
  • Handle copywriting on marketing materials like social media posting and advertising materials and sometimes press materials.
  • Participate and contribute to new initiatives assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience in  direct sales marketing with a degree in Marketing, communications, journalism, translation or new media.
  • Solid experience in organising events, exhibitions and roadshow.
  • Experience on digital marketing including planning, executing and monitoring.   Proficiency with analytical tools, Google AdWords, SEO, SEM and Google Analytics, familiar with Salesfore and CRM data integration.

Home Learning Consultant (12 months Contract)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as Members Experience Specialist and maintain good relationship with customers to promote retention and loyalty.
  • Provide periodic, responsive, empathetic product and educational support to customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp or face-to-face events.
  • Help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize our products based on individual needs.
  • Resolve customer questions related to the products promptly and precisely.
  • Maximize customers’ satisfaction to drive referral and renewal business.
  • Close collaboration with sales team, marketing team and editors to conduct training and to provide learning resources to customers.

Marketing Administrator (1 year contract, subject to renewal)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Marketing Team;
  • Support event management, e.g. exhibitions, seminars, and coordinate necessary logistics and digital elements;
  • Support the Marketing Department on both online and offline marketing execution and support;
  • Assist the production of marketing content and promotional materials;
  • Assist in Conduct marketing research and data analysis;
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree or above preferably in Marketing or relevant disciplines;
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred;

Job Requirements:

Project Editor/ Editor - English Language Teaching (Primary & Secondary ELT)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design and develop English Language Teaching (ELT) publications of the highest possible quality
  • Manage the editorial process to ensure all material is produced on time and to budget
  • Network with relevant professionals and associations in school visits, focus groups and meetings
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in market research, promotion and sales activities
  • Collaborate with design, production and digital teams on publishing and digital/multimedia productions

Job Requirements:
  • A University degree, preferably in a field related to language and/or education
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

Project Manager – Digital Product Development

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage digital products development, including design, build and release;
  • Plan and control projects, produce and update project plans, scope and budget;
  • Deliver products using the appropriate project management methodologies;
  • Manage suppliers and resources in line with agreed ways of working and contracts and SLAs;
  • Work with Product Manager and stakeholders to define product delivery roadmap.
 
Job Requirements:
  • University Degree holder;
  • At least 5 years of Product delivery or project management experience of different project delivery methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall);
  • Experience working with online customer-facing product or services;
  • Experience in a global organisation using in-sourced and out-sourced services;
  • Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative and consultative;
