Accountant

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly financial report including variance analysis for local management;
  • Assist in annual budget preparation, monthly forecast including variance and gap analysis with commentaries;
  • Handle the accounting process for licensing incomes including billing, collection, contract compliance, tax filing and related financial matters;
  • Co-ordinate with team members and support the initiatives for workflow and process improvement; and system enhancement;

Job Requirements:

Assistant Designer / Designer

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design book covers from concept, through visual, to finished artwork from written design briefs
  • Design book layouts and typography, including occasional production of diagram and illustrations
  • Design marketing materials including leaflets, brochures, catalogues and display boards
  • Work with freelance illustrators and other design team members in implementing books designs
  • Provide final designs in required format for printing and production of books according to deadlines
  • Liaise with Production Manager to ensure the printing quality standards are met and deal with any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with the digital team on interface design and eBook production 
Job Requirements: 
  • Polytechnic/Design institute graduate in visual communication
  • A minimum of 2 years graphic arts or related experience
  • Solid working experiences in publishing industry will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of prepress, print production and design trends

Channel Program Executive

Job Resonsibilities:
  • Provide daily operational support to the Channel Sales team, including but not limited to conduct market research, collect market insight and up-to-date trend of centre business, analyse report findings and process payment;
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with existing and prospective clients;
  • Provide responsive and high quality account management services to clients and enhance the customer satisfaction level;

Job Responsibilities:
  • Explore and identify business opportunities and new export channels in different countries;
